Parking and location
It was good price wise and other facilities
In general it is good but bad services especially when you ask for cleaning. There was only one towel in the bathroom and when i asked for another for my spouse they said not available.
The cleanliness, the facilities in the room were v good with hot water, clean towel etc. room was also spacious. V good for family stay but i would say a little expensive and not that value for 500 riyals per night.
Location and staff
All is great especially the staff, receptionist yes it is far from masjid nabawi but you could just ride a taxi or order a car from careem app, it will cost you 10-15sr but it is okay. staying there is great. They will also give you 2 cards one for the electricity and one for the door.
Rooms are big and comfortable and clean. This was my 2nd stay

Overall good, clean hotel, need taxis to get to the masjid and back which cost around 4 each way.
clean and well maintained
Located close to Uhud mountains it was a perfect choice. No much crowd. Ample car parking space. 10 mins ride to Haram. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff and housekeeping are helpful.
